FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and can be used in ophthalmology. Performing photodynamic therapy of secondary neovascular glaucoma, laser irradiation by fields with 3 cm diametre is performed with covering adjacent fields on 5-10% of area within the limits of zone including part of cornea, limb and part of sclera, by successive movement of nozzle with inserted inside light-guiding fibre. Colouring substance is applied on part of nozzle contacting with irradiated surface.

EFFECT: method ensures limitation of area of one spot of laser irradiation with defined sizes, preservation of constant distance from light-guiding fibre butt-end to irradiated surface during procedure, clear visualisation of irradiated sections, limitation of laser irradiation with target zone, retrogression of neovascularisation of anterior chamber angle and iris, ophtalmotone normalisation.
