FIELD: tool-and-die industry; production of the disk cutters.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of the work tools production and may be used for manufacture of the disc shears. The disk cuter has two cutting edges and the base with two seats for them. The base is manufactured out of the structural steel, and the cutting edges are made by the alloy 110Х5М8В2С2ТЮ battering. The invention allows to increase the disk cutter service life, to reduce the prime cost of the disk cutter manufacture.
EFFECT: the invention ensures the increased service life of the disk cutter, the reduced prime cost of the disk cutter manufacture.
