Material is formed by two outer surfaces 2, two surfaces 3 arranged along end edges 3 and two surfaces 4 arranged along lengthwise edges. Main carbon content of material is less than 0.3%. After heat and chemical treatment base steel has at least one outer surface 2. End zones 5 of surface 2 are carburized until carbon content (0.5-1.1)%, and as carbon content reduces those zones become low carburized or non-carburized zone 6. Surfaces 3,4 of base material have sandwich structure formed by carburized end zone 5 and non-carburized zone 6.
