FIELD: methods of treatment of thermoplastic blanks; production of reservoirs by injection molding.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method is based on injection molding of reservoirs including the following stages; injection molding and placing the blank in one insert or mandrel. Insert has surface for placing the outer side of blank and mandrel has surface for placing the inner side of blank. Part of insert and mandrel surface includes porous material for deformation of blank due to negative pressure supplied through porous material for bringing one part of blank in contact with porous material. Deformation compensates for probable defects in blank arising during molding. Device proposed for realization of this method includes injection molding machine.
EFFECT: reduction of time required for treatment of blanks; simplified construction of equipment.
