FIELD: mechanical engineering; load fastening devices.

SUBSTANCE: proposed device has threaded bushing installed in secured in base beam of platform body so that end face of bushing is flush with support surface of platform body. Plug and threaded shank of combination axle turned into threaded hole of bushing engage through projection on end face of threaded shank of combination axle and longitudinal slot one end face of plug. Longitudinal axes of projection and longitudinal slot coincide, being symmetrical relative to longitudinal axis of threaded hole of bushing which is closed from below by cover sealed by gasket by means of bolts. Cylindrical part of combination axle separated from threaded part by flange engages with two straps installed for turning and engaging with liners. Straps and liners are pressed by nut locked from unscrewing by one of known methods. Each straps has hole whose axis is square to longitudinal axis of threaded hole of bushing for connecting by fitted-in pin with U-shaped clamp turning the clamp both on pin relative to strap and together with strap on cylindrical part of combination axle. End face of combination axle free from projection is provided with member for wrench to turn in/out of combination axle in threaded hole of bushing.

EFFECT: reduced load on platform body units, provision of safety, long service life and reliability in operation.
