FIELD: mechanical engineering, in particular, technique for securing of loads on vehicle.

SUBSTANCE: apparatus has threaded bushing located and fixed within platform base beam so that bushing end is flush with supporting surface of platform. Stopper and threaded shank of eyelet are screwed into bushing threaded opening, said stopper and threaded shank contacting with one another through protrusion at threaded shank end and longitudinal slot at stopper end. Longitudinal axes of protrusion and slot coincide with one another and are symmetric relative to longitudinal axis of bushing threaded opening. Bushing is closed at its bottom with cover sealed with the use of layer and fixed by means of screws. Eyelet is equipped with opening whose axis is perpendicular to longitudinal axis of bushing threaded opening for connection by means of finger inserted into this opening. Finger has U-shaped clip and is adapted for rotation on finger relative to eyelet and, in conjunction with eyelet, in bushing thread for aligning single plane of symmetry of clip and eyelet with plane extending through axis of tightening member or axis of other load fastening device. Bushing thread and eyelet threaded shank and stopper thread, preferably toroid-shaped, with large pitch, accepts loading axially of threaded shank as well as from moment created by force generated on eyelet during load transportation.

EFFECT: reduced loading of platform units, improved safety, increased service life, and enhanced reliability in operation.
