FIELD: mechanical engineering, in particular, technique for securing of loads on vehicle.
SUBSTANCE: apparatus has threaded bushing whose end is located flush with supporting surface of platform. Stopper and threaded shank of eyelet are screwed into bushing threaded opening, said stopper and eyelet threaded shank contacting with one another through protrusion at eyelet threaded shank end and longitudinal slot at stopper end. Longitudinal axes of protrusion and of longitudinal slot coincide with one another and are symmetric relative to longitudinal axis of bushing threaded opening. Bushing is closed at its bottom with cover inserted into bushing opening having smooth surface and sealed with layer. Cover is pressed with the use of layer and fixed by means of screws. Pressing of cover and sealing with layer are performed by means of conical screw shanks contacting with conical openings provided in cylindrical part of cover, with layer deformation value being not in the excess of half the inner diameter of screw thread. Eyelet is equipped with opening whose axis is perpendicular to longitudinal axis of bushing threaded opening, for connection through finger inserted into this opening. Finger is equipped with U-shaped clip designed for rotation on finger relative to eyelet and for rotation, in conjunction with eyelet, in bushing thread for aligning single plane of symmetry of clip and eyelet with plane extending through axis of tightening member or axis of other load fastening device. Threaded bushing is connected through flange provided on bushing to bracket fixed to platform carcass.
EFFECT: reduced loading of platform units, improved safety, increased service life, and enhanced reliability in operation.
