FIELD: mechanical engineering, in particular, technique for securing of loads on vehicle platform.
SUBSTANCE: apparatus has threaded bushing with end formed flush with supporting surface of platform. Stopper and threaded shank of combined pin are screwed into bushing opening, said stopper and threaded shank contacting with one another through protrusion at threaded shank end and longitudinal slot at stopper end. Longitudinal axes of protrusion and longitudinal slot coincide and are symmetrical relative to longitudinal axis of bushing threaded opening. Bushing is closed from the bottom with cover inserted into bushing opening having smooth surface, said bushing being sealed by means of layer provided between cover flange and bushing end. Pressing of cover and sealing by means of layer are performed through conical shanks of screws. Cylindrical part of combined pin separated from threaded part by means of flange is rotary contacting with two planks which cooperate with gaskets. Planks and gaskets are pressed by means of nuts blocked against unscrewing by means of one of prior art methods. Each plank is equipped with opening having axis perpendicular to longitudinal axis of bushing threaded opening and adapted for connection by means of finger inserted into this opening. Finger has U-shaped clip positioned for rotation on finger relative to plank as well as in conjunction with plank on cylindrical part of combined pin. End of combined pin free from protrusion is equipped with prior art member for wrench for screwing-in or unscrewing of combined pin.
EFFECT: reduced loading of platform units, increased safety, prolonged service life and enhanced reliability in operation.
