FIELD: marine technique; stations for complex observation of water dynamic and its chemical and biological monitoring. SUBSTANCE: proposed system includes rollers on which floating cable is wound; one end of this cable is secured to buoy and other end is secured to anchor; one of rollers is connected with reduction gear of reversible electric motor. When roller is rotated by electric motor, cable is being rewound. Since surfacing/diving system is secured on station, station is set in motion at this; slippage and self-winding, are excluded due to placing several turns of cable on roller and due to constant tension of cable created by its positive buoyancy and hydrodynamic resistance of buoy. To ensure survivability of system, buoy having minor negative buoyancy dives but always stops short of bottom since cable possesses positive buoyancy and compensates for negative buoyancy of buoy at intermediate depth, thus no storm loads act on system. EFFECT: possibility of positioning station at any depth; simplified construction of system. 4 cl, 1 dwg
