FIELD: mechanical engineering; tower cranes.
SUBSTANCE: proposed crane has tower with upper part installed on tower including tower frame. Boom, post, brace and spring stop with fixed and movable parts are hinge-connected with frame. At least one compression spring is arranged between fixed and movable parts of stop. Hinge joint connecting fixed part of stop with upper part of crane is arranged on tower frame, and movable part of spring stop is hinge coupled with crane boom. Hinge joint connecting fixed part of spring stop and tower frame is arranged on rear part of tower frame at side opposite to boom. Movable part of spring stop is coupled with upper chord of crane boom and is made telescopic.
EFFECT: improved safety and reliability of tower crane with lifting boom.
