FIELD: radio engineering, possible use in digital communication networks, when it is necessary to bypass a faulty network element and restore system of clock network synchronization.
SUBSTANCE: device consists of first, second connection blocks, first, second and third electronic commutators, automatic detectors, AND elements, NOT elements. Device is installed at inputs and outputs of primary equipment of "B" unit to provide bypassing, blocking of faulty primary equipment of network unit "B" and fast switching to operational sets of backup equipment of network unit "B'" with preservation of clock network synchronization. On failure of primary equipment of network unit "B", distribution and multiplexing of streams between incidental units "A" and "C" with preservation of clock network synchronization are realized due to disconnection by first, second and third electronic commutators of primary equipment of network unit "B" from communication network and from secondary set-point generator, and connection of backup equipment of network unit "B'" instead.
EFFECT: creation of automatic device for bypassing communication networks, realizing bypassing, blocking of faulty primary equipment of network unit of digital communication network, and also fast switching to operational sets of backup equipment of network unit with preservation of clock network synchronization.
