FIELD: radio engineering, in particular, methods for evaluating channel in multi-frequency radio communication systems with several transmitting and receiving antennas.
SUBSTANCE: in accordance to invention, firstly, interpolation in time direction is performed, and then in frequency direction. Number of supporting symbols is increased and, correspondingly, quality of interpolation in frequency direction, which is most important for long channels. For interpolation in frequency and time directions method uses evaluation of auto covariance function of frequency response of channel of multi-frequency system in time direction and evaluation of multi-beam profile of multi-frequency system.
EFFECT: increased precision of channel evaluation in multi-frequency radio communication systems with several transmitting or receiving antennas for random, including long, impulse channel response, under random, including high, movement speeds of mobile client.
