FIELD: detection of air suction places, possibly in heat power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of feeding steam produced in boiler to turbine and condensing it in condenser; pumping main condensate of turbine through low pressure heaters; then feeding main condensate of turbine by means of condensate pump to elevated-pressure deaerator. In order to determine air suction places multi-duct oxygen content meter is used. Pickups of said meter measure oxygen content in main condensate behind second (along motion direction of main condensate) low-pressure heater and in condensate behind condensate pump of heater said pickups measure content of initial additional water. Air suction places are detected on base of absolute values of readings of two pickups of multi-duct oxygen meter and according to difference of said readings.
EFFECT: improved efficiency and operational reliability of heat electric power station.
