FIELD: heat power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention is designed for location of air inflows. According to proposed method, steam generated in boiler is directed to turbine and condensed in condenser, main condensate on turbine is pumped through low-pressure heaters, and then is directed by condensate pump into higher pressure deaerator. To locate places of air inflows, multichannel oxygen meter is used by means of which content of oxygen in main condensate after second low-pressure heater in direction of main condensate flow is measured by pickup and also in condensate of heat exchangers operating under rarefaction, for instance, after condensate pumps of turbine condenser, low and upper system heaters, makeup heater, and places of air inflow are determined by absolute values of readings of multichannel oxygen meter pickups and by difference in said readings.
EFFECT: increased economy and improved reliability of thermal power station.
