FIELD: oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: unit comprises pump, driving electric motor, and heat conducting member that cooperates with the electric motor for its cooling. The unit is provided with the chamber filled with oil and connected with the base of the electric motor and is in communication with it through the central tube mounted inside it and radial space between the tube and wall of the chamber. The heat conducting member is made of a set of heat pipes shaped into disks with axial opening. The outer diameter of the chamber is less than that of the electric motor. The outer diameter of the heat pipes does no exceed the diameter of the electric motor.
