FIELD: oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil producing equipment, specifically, to borehole pump units with cooling systems of submersible oil-filled electric motors, and can be used in wells, where temperature of formation fluid is higher tan 90–100 °C with large diameters of wells. Device for reduction of temperature of electric motor is installed between housing of motor stator and lower base of engine. Small-sized case for reduction of temperature is fixed on housing of temperature reduction device. Flow of formation fluid is performed through holes in nuts, connecting small-sized case with device for reduction of temperature on surface of case of temperature reduction device. To increase rate of formation fluid flow, method uses seals made from swelling polymers to seal cavity between small-size case and production string. Due to formation fluid flow through holes in nuts on surface of case of device for reducing temperature an additional branch for heat removal into formation fluid is created.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at cooling submersible electric motor of electric centrifugal pump with large diameters of wells obtaining sufficient for lowering temperature of engine speed of formation fluid due to reduction of annular space between device for reduction of temperature and production string and excluding overheating of engine without using special input module of pump or reworking to secure casing.
