Abstract RU 2298784 C1

FIELD: non-destructive inspection.

SUBSTANCE: mechanism has first two-armed lever, which has end first arm fixed to detector; second lever, which has one end connected by hinges to hinge support of first lever; second end of second lever is connected by hinges onto case. Mechanism also has third lever, which has one end attached by hinges to end of second arm of first lever. Second end of third lever is connected by hinges to case. Fourth lever of mechanism has one end attached by hinges to case of flaw detector at point where mentioned third lever is attached. The other end of fourth lever is connected by hinges with second lever in point where support is disposed, which support divides third lever to two arms. Third and fourth levers and corresponding arms of first and second lever form rhombus, which has diagonal provided with spring to attach it to levers. Springs extends and provides compression of detector against internal wall of tested tube. Constant contact of detector with wall of tube is provided at rounded areas and at places where diameter of tube changes. Detector keeps to constant disposition at longitudinal direction relatively case of flaw detector when diameters of tube changes significantly.

EFFECT: improved reliability of fastening.
