FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: method involves incubating reacting mixture in transparent biochip cells treated with water-repellent agent. Results are checked in reacting mixture monolayer zone from changing light transmission or geometrical form of latex particles crystals. Analytical system for realizing latex agglutination reaction has tablet having transparent cells for storing reacting mixtures and their optical control unit. The tablet is manufactured as biochip, transparent cells are hydrophobic, and optical control unit has optical microscope or video camera.

EFFECT: increased sensitivity of method; small-sized tablet design.
