FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology. Disclosed is a test kit for detecting cholera toxin in a culture medium. Test kit contains a weight of AKI, a conjugate of monoclonal antibodies specific to B-subunit of cholera toxic isotype G1 with horseradish peroxidase, reagents for conjugate dilution, reagents for preparation of substrate mixture and dipstick. Dipstick is a strip of material resistant to aqueous solutions with a fixed on it membrane fragment sensitized with cholera toxin-specific monoclonal antibodies, and has on the surface additionally immobilized internal positive reaction control.

EFFECT: invention provides a highly specific, biologically less hazardous, fast and highly effective detection of cholera toxin in a culture medium with reduced labour costs and consumption of reactants.
