Shell body is made of elastic material with maximally permissible wall thinning in the area of working part. Fixing element is put on terminal finger phalanx, finger, prepared in such way is introduced into wound cavity, with realisation of its revision and mechanical treatment.
EFFECT: tight fitting on finger tip in the region of finger pulp, its cushion, increased perception of movements produced by instrument dives possibility to approximate manipulation to optimal in its therapeutic efficacy.
