FIELD: medicine; surgery.
SUBSTANCE: substance of the method consists in laparotomy, extraction of inflammation focus in abdominal cavity, sanitation of abdominal cavity, formation of laparostoma with a pin-track adaptive reduction frame. The wound edges are brought together simultaneously controlling intra-abdominal pressure increase level and paravulnar tissue tensile force. And if intra-abdominal pressure is 15 mm hg or paravulnar tissue tensile force is 30 H, wound edges are not brought together further and fixed.
EFFECT: application of the given invention allows controlling and correcting intra-abdominal pressure, paravulnar laparostomic tissue tension degree in scheduled sanitation, herewith avoiding abdominal compression syndrome, and microcirculation disorders in tissues of anterior abdominal wall in peritonitis.
