SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Device contain hollow titanic plates-protectors, put on branches and having transversal through holes for passing wires bent in arch-like manner with set of clips of various dimension types. Wires have snake-like bents in distal thirds of length. Branches of rack and screw drive are made with wedge-shaped cut in distal part. Fixation of plates-protectors is carried out with M-shaped clip bents. Cavity of plates-protectors is filled with foam rubber, soaked with antiseptic with supply of solution through polychlorvinyl tube, introduced into plate-protector in such a way that perforations on tube coincide with perforations on plate-protector.

EFFECT: invention ensures reduction of risk of post-operation complications and tissue trauma from the side of laparotomic wound, increase of convenience and reliability in work with the device.
