FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to rehabilitology and physiology. Respiration is carried out with a mixture of gases, one of the components of which is oxygen. Exposure is performed within at least one procedure, providing saturation and/or desaturation of the mixture of gases in the cells of the tissues of the biological object. And the exposure on the human body is perormed by an artificial gaseous medium of the composition, vol, 10–17 % of O2, 30–40 % of Ar, 0–1.5 % of CO2, balance is N2, at the normal pressure created in an isolated room, by which the exposure is performed before the desired effects appear. In a particular case, the composition of the gaseous medium within the specified range 10–17 % of O2, 30–40 % of Ar, 0–1.5 % of CO2, balance is N2, selected individually, based on the current functional state of the patient, goals and objectives of the procedure. Continuous exposure takes at least 1.5–2 hours with the number of procedures of 1–15 once a day, daily or every other day, or longer, and the duration of one continuous procedure can reach up to 60 days.
EFFECT: method allows restoring the functional condition and professional efficiency of a person, carrying out physiological and psychophysiological training of specialists for activities under the effect of predictable and unpredictable extreme environmental factors (artificial adaptation and training), correcting boundary and pathological functional states of specialists with tense and dangerous working conditions, optimizing professional adaptation of a person.
