FIELD: chemical industry; petrochemical industry; petroleum industry; natural gas industry; devices for separation and the deep dehydration of the emulsified and aerated flows of the non-viscous hydrocarbon liquids, gases and foams.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the apparatuses for sharing and the deep dehydration of the emulsified and aerated flows of the non-viscous hydrocarbon liquids, gases and foams of the chemical industry, petroleum industry, natural gas industry. The device consists of the vertical cylindrical body, inside of which by means of the annular disk with the gasket there is the mounted metallic framework made in the form of the polyhedral pyramid composed of the ribs, the lower sides and the cover. In the windows of the pyramid there are the built-in along the perimeter and sealed by sealers moisture separating packets made out of the full-size porous-cellular oleophylic and hydrophilic accordingly sheets made out of the metallic and polymeric materials. The inlet perforated branch-pipe is fixed on the lower butt of the body and it protrudes inside the pyramid and the outlet branch-pipe is built in the upper part of the body. The water-collecting drain pockets are connected to the body above the disk and to its lower butt for the automated withdrawal of the water phase. As a result the laminar water separating packet is installed at the angle of α to the horizontal line and above the level of separation of the phases both before and after filtration of the main flow. The technical result of the invention is the increased efficiency of the product separation from the moisture, the increased productivity and the service life, facilitation and simplification of the wiring works in the large-size apparatuses.
