FIELD: wind-power engineering for industry and agriculture. SUBSTANCE: loads are connected to n- pole induction motor used as electric power generator depending on amount of electricity generated by power plant; as soon as generator speed rises above minimal synchronous speed, with n-pole motor connected to maximal number of poles, bank of capacitors and respective minimal load are connected to generator according to electric energy generated by power plant; after generator speed rises above next synchronous speed with n-pole motor connected to next number of poles, additional bank of capacitors and additional load corresponding to electric energy generated by power plant are connected. EFFECT: improved amount and quality of electric energy generated, enlarged functional capabilities of variable-speed induction motors used as generators. 1 dwg
