FIELD: the invention refers to stands for studying parameters of a conveyer with a suspended band namely of resistances to the motion of a band along stationary rollers.
SUBSTANCE: The stand has a frame, supporting arrangements for a band and measuring devices. Two torque links turning their angles in opposite directions to each other are installed on the frame with the aid of joints with possibility of turning in a horizontal plane. The links installed on the frame are fulfilled in the shape of direct levers. The second links are fulfilled in the shape of double-armed levers. The free ends of the double-armed levers turning to the frame are provided with bushings with possibility of their axial travel along the tractions jointly fixed on the direct levers in their middle part. The other free ends of the double-armed levers are connected between themselves with a screw coupling with a dynamometer and other elastic carrying elements are fixed on their inner sides directed to each other, on plates, with the aid of screws. On the frame there is a carriage with four disc rollers suspended with the aid of the second screw coupler connected with the second dynamometer with possibility for their axles to rotate and interact with the shelves of other elastic carrying elements with rated force equal to lateral tension of the band of the model-based conveyer for providing possibility of fulfilling efforts connected with definition of resistance to the motion of the band at its leaning on the stationary disc rollers.
EFFECT: provides possibility to conduct studies of the parameters of the conveyer with a suspended band.
