BENCH FOR EXAMINATION OF PARAMETERS OF SUSPENDED CONVEYOR BELT OF DEEP FLUTING WITH SIDE SUPPORTS BY DEVICES Russian patent published in 2013 - IPC G01M17/00 B65G15/00 

FIELD: testing equipment.

SUBSTANCE: bench comprises a frame (1), a conveyor belt (2) with ledges (3) on its boards, facing inside a belt contour closed on a driving (4) and a tension (5) drums. Support devices for the belt are made in the form of disc rollers (6, 7) as capable of their stop against ledges of boards of the upper branch of the belt. The lower branch of the belt is arranged under the upper branch with sagging, providing for placement of disc rollers between boards of belt branches. Cylindrical rollers (8, 9) are installed at outer sides of the belt branches as capable of rotation on axes and interaction with boards. Distance between axes of drums is accepted as equal to at least triple run of a belt between support devices. Above the upper branch of the belt contour coaxially with support devices on the frame there is a slider (12) installed to imitate load onto the conveyor belt equipped with a helical drive (10) with a device (11) for fixation of pressing force and with a set of disc rollers (13) arranged in the lower part of the slider, with the possibility to generate cross profile of the belt and to provide for angle of inclination of side edges of the belt to the horizon. The tension drum is equipped with a helical tensioning device (14) and a device (15) for fixation of tensioning force.

EFFECT: invention provides for the possibility to carry out examinations of parameters of a suspended belt of deep fluting and its side disc support devices.
