SUBSTANCE: aforementioned networks of various types are connected by means of call control equipment and equipment for providing inter-network exchange by means of carrier. Aforementioned call control equipment is used for inter-network exchange of signals and call control, which requests connection between networks, aforementioned equipment for providing inter-network exchange by means of carrier is used for displaying carrier port, which sets up communication between networks, and transferring data stream of carrier under control of aforementioned call control equipment.
EFFECT: ensured transparency of inter-network exchange of through telecommunication services between broadband networks of various types.
