FIELD: poultry farming.
SUBSTANCE: method involves feeding to chickens a supplement consisting of alfalfa green mass prepared by fermentation with lactic acid microorganisms and preserved benzoic acid. Supplement is added to fodder in the amount 3-5% of fodder mass and supplement is fed beginning from 16-18-th weeks to final stage in poultry growing. Method provides enhancing the commercial quality of eggs.
EFFECT: improved quality of eggs.
