FIELD: poultry science.
SUBSTANCE: poultry should be fed with a fodder additive - the concentrate out of green alfalfa mass obtained due to fermenting the juice with lactic acid bacteria. This additive should be introduced into the feedstuff at the quantity of about 3-5% against the feedstuff weight. The innovation enables to increase commercial quality of hen eggs.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
