FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves determining anamnesis parameters being mainly of socially-hygienic nature. Anamnesis parameters are as follows. A is the estimated interrelations nature parameter in parents family; B is the estimated interrelations nature parameter in the own family; C is the estimated monthly average income of one family member; D is the parents family characteristic parameter; E is the school education system parameter; F is the high school or technical school education system parameter; G is duration of study and work combination period parameter; H is the education and a job conformity parameter; I is the estimated personal interrelations nature parameter in working collective; J is the estimated general psychological atmosphere parameter in working collective; K is the negative emotional experience period duration after conflict; L is the non-productive, social works intensity parameter; M is the lunch break style parameter; N is the number of people in the managed collective; O is the management experience duration in collective; P is the necessity to continue working at home; Q is the country home activity (relaxation or work); R is the physical training activity parameter; S is the daily routine observance; Т is the diet observance; U is the housing conditions till the age of 25 years; V is the housing conditions at the age of 25-45 years; W is the housing conditions at the age after 45 years; X is the habitation area per one person; Y is the age of starting smoking; Z is the time of smoking one cigarette package; AA is the alcohol consumption age; AB is the arterial hypertension or an insult availability in mother anamnesis; AC is the arterial hypertension or an insult availability in father anamnesis; AD is the arterial hypertension or an insult availability in brothers and sisters anamnesis; АЕ is the arterial hypertension or an insult availability in children anamnesis. Diagnostic index (DI) is calculated from formula: DI = (1.468 *A+О238* B+2.878 *C+2 564 *D-0.242 * E+0.218 *F+2.859*G+1.35*H+1.706*I-0.377*J+0.838*K+2.635*I+5.863*М-1.403*N+2.322*O+0.087*Р-0.047*Q+2.21*R+1.586*S-0.262*T+2.285*U+5.063*V+3.173*W +7.559*X+1.33*Y-0.109*Z+0.663*AA+0.951*AB+1.414*AC+0.165*AD +1.11*AE-69.248)/(0.739*A+0.598*B+2.218*C+1.814*D-0.281*E-0.209*F+2.499*G+1.175*H+1.095*I-0.046*J+0.326*K+2.321*L+5.442*M-0.943*N+1.505*O+0.749*P+0.394*Q+1.886*R+0.669*$-0.338*T+2.146*U +4.754*V+2.657*W+7.105*X+1.281*Y-О.241*Z+0.735*AA+0.74*AB+1.246 *AC + 0.118*AD+0.392*AE-50.299). DI>1, premorbid arterial hypertension or predisposition to it is considered to be the case. DI≤1, its absence is judged to be the case.
EFFECT: high accuracy in predicting arterial hypertension in risk group persons or healthy persons, having no clinical data pointing to arterial hypertension.
