FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely cardiology, and is applicable for the purpose of predicting arterial hypertension in patients with coronary heart disease with isolated stable angina showing no clinical evidences of arterial hypertension and high blood pressure events recorded by a physician and otherwise directly stated by a patient. There are evaluated anamnestic risk factors, antropometric and morpho-functional parameters of echocardiography and coronaroangiographia to derive a prognostic value (PV) by formula worked out by the inventor. The PV>1 makes it possible to consider developing arterial hypertension, while the PV≤1 shows the absence of such prognosis.

EFFECT: method provides higher prediction accuracy.
