SUBSTANCE: method involves determining anamnesis indices. The anamnesis indices are applied after graduating them as score values like sex, anamnesis indicating high arterial blood pressure, mean number of week-end days per month spent out of town in summer mean number of week-end days per month spent out of town in winter, yes/no choice in answering question on liking or disliking something, necessity to think of working day problems when working day is over, manual labor duration on week-end days, manual labor duration on working days, choice in answering the question whether country-house is the place for working or relaxation, stroke occurrence among cognates before 60 in male cases and before 55 in female cases, arterial hypertension occurrence among cognates before 60 in male cases and before 55 in female cases, business trip or mission influence on working capacity, tolerance to regular night work. Diagnosis index is calculated. The value being >1, preclinical cardiac ischemia disease stage is considered to occur. Diagnosis coefficient being ≤1, no preclinical cardiac ischemia disease is considered to be found.

EFFECT: high accuracy of diagnosis based on anamnesis data only.
