FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to cardiology, and can be used for predicting development of chronic heart failure in patients with coronary heart disease with proved isolated stable angina pectoris. In patients arterial pressure and selected indices of X-ray, echcardiographic, bicycle ergometry, anamnestic, including elements of cosial-hygienic and psychologic, examinations, mainly reflecting morpho-functional aspects of hemodynamics are determined and prognostic index is calculated by mathematical formula. After calculation of mathematical formula, conclusion about possibility of chronic heart failure development or about absence of such prediction is made.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to create reliable prediction of chronic heart failure development in patients with coronary heart disease.
