SUBSTANCE: one should detect estrogen receptors in tumor (X3) in points and additionally it should be taken into account the duration of menopause (X1) in years, the stage of the disease (X2) according to TNM and pathogenetic variant (X6) of the disease, and in tumor one should detect the index Ki-67 in % (X4) and expression HER2 (X5) in points followed by calculating discriminant functions Z=5.4157-0.1889X1-1.3646X2+0.1828X3-0.0354X4 and Y=5.3183-0.1272X1-0.7169X2-0.4347X5-1.4333X6, where Z - the criterion of predicting a 5-yr-long relapse-free survival rate in patients; Y - the criterion of predicting the relapse of the disease mentioned and at Z>-0.138 one should predict relapse-free survival rate in patients for 5 yr and more, at Z≤-0.138 - under 5 yr, at Y>0.172 one should predict the absence of the relapse and at Y≤0.172 - the appearance of the relapse.
