SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to molecular oncology, and it is aimed at prediction of the survival rate of endometrial cancer patients based on the level of the ESR1 gene expression. Total RNA is exposed from tissue samples of uterus by Guanidine-thiocyanate-phenol-chloroform extraction method, cDNA exposure using reverse transcription to RNA matrix and further amplification in the mode of RT PCR. Calculation of the ESR1 genetic locus relative expression to calculate a ratio of expression of this gene in tumour tissue relative to normal tissue of uterus by formula K=RE_cancer/RE_normal. When K value is within the 0.31 ≤ K_ESR1 ≤ 0.81 favourable outcome of disease is predicted. When K value is within 5.84 ≤ K_ESR1 ≤ 9.32 unfavourable outcome of disease is predicted.

EFFECT: invention provides effective prediction of survival rate of endometrial cancer patients.
