SUBSTANCE: method involves applying regularly repeating corrigent gymnastics sessions, massage and bandaging after Finn-Ettingen by turning bandage coils directed opposite to pathological deformity by enveloping extremity foot and thigh in the course of subsequent change of bandages. On placing bandage coils, classical coils are alternated with circular coils that involves first placing the bandage over external surface of shin beginning from external foot edge towards femur, and then over internal shin surface towards the internal foot edge. The number of circular coils is not less than three. Mildly marked clubfoot being the case, bandages are changed 2-4 times a day during 2 weeks, then once a day until positive result is achieved. Severe cases involve doing it 3-5 times a day during the first 2-4 weeks until satisfactory result is achieved, further, once a day within 3 months. Foot and ankle joint are fixed during day and night sleep in polyvik splints. Then, repeating physiotherapy courses within not less than three years, sanatorium-and-spa treatment are applied, and carrying suppository is prescribed in some cases.
