SUBSTANCE: injection device for through-skin mounting of flat dish of set for hypodermic injection through patient's skin has case, piston mounted for movement inside case for slide to move between extended position and pulled position, drive having spring for supplying piston from pulled-in position in direction of extended forward position. Piston has needle for injection, which needle is fixed inside it for tight connection. Needle s intended for support and reception of dish of set for hypodermic injection at position of dish. Oriented for hypodermic mounting due to movement of piston provided with mentioned needle from pulled-in position to forwarded position, for hypodermic mounting of mentioned dish of set for hypodermic injection, for mentioned needle for injection, where needle for injection, fixed inside mentioned piston, is made for removal from mentioned dish to keep hypodermic mounting of dish.

EFFECT: reduced time for mounting of set; improved design of spring-type drive for supplying piston into case.
