FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely to a fluid flow control device, in the preferential embodiment, to a medical device having a cannula, more frequently a needle to be introduced into patient's body and used to inject, sample and eject a fluid. The medical device comprises a body, a returnable cannula projecting from the body, and an actuator. The actuator has a rotatable back portion connected to the body. The actuator comprises a draw cavity and a separate fluid flow passage at a distance from the draw cavity. The flow passage comprises the fluid flow through the medical device when the actuator is in the first position. The actuator is arc-wise rotatable about the body from the first position to the second position wherein the flow passage through the medical device is blocked, and the draw cavity is aligned with the cannula so that to enable drawing the returnable cannula into the draw cavity.
EFFECT: presented device comprises a cannula that can be drawn causing or transferring no return of the connected tube with the above device being found in the non-reusable condition, and the fluid flow is blocked, transferred and locked together with drawing the cannula.
