Abstract RU 2447907 C2

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely to an infusion device in intermittent or continuous introduction of a therapeutic substance, such as insulin. The infusion device with intermittent percutaneous introduction of the therapeutic substance comprises an infusion portion, a first attachment for fixing the infusion portion to patient's skin, a connector, a guide for placing the infusion portion and the connector with respect to each other, a second attachment for fixing the connector to the infusion portion. The infusion portion comprises a main body having a main surface, a front portion projecting from the main surface, and a cannula extending from the main body into patient's skin. The connector has a surface parallel and superadjacent with respect to the main surface of the main body, one or more levers, and a tube mounted on a second end to attach the infusion device to a medical device. Said levers are attached to the connector on a first end and remains free on a second opposite end. The second attachment represents a projecting fixation device of the connector arranged on the levers of the connector and interacting with the fixation devices projecting from the main body. The connector surface may be deviated at a certain device from the main body thereby inducing movement of the second end at a distance exceeding the height of the fixation devices. Said fixation devices are arranged on the second end of the main body when the connector is located with using the guide with respect to the infusion portion. A kit in turn comprises an injector and said infusion device. The injector comprises a body, a piston and a drive. The sliding piston is built in the body and moves between an extended position and a retracted position. The piston has a substantially nonremovable inlet needle attached thereto for placing and supporting the cannula of the percutaneous infusion device in such position of the cannula wherein the inlet needle is removed from the cannula with keeping the cannula in a percutaneous position. The drive is designed for the forced motion of the piston from the retracted position into the extended position to ensure the percutaneous position of said cannula of the infusion device arranged on the inlet needle.

EFFECT: invention provides separating the connector from the infusion portion when the infusion device is subject to overflow or random tension of the tube extended from the connector.
