FIELD: environmental protection; methods of the wastes reprocessing.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the wastes reprocessing engineering may be used for reprocessing of the rubber wastes, the plastic products wastes, the garbage, etc. The method of the wastes reprocessing provides for the wastes loading in the reactor and their heating by means of incineration of the gaseous gas. The method also provides, that originally by means of the external heating of the reactor up to the temperature of 350-500°C due to incineration of 2-5 % of the natural gas exercise the start-up of the reactor, then the feeding of the natural gas is switched off. To burners of the heating furnace compulsorily by means of the pump feed the wastes reprocessing product - the non-condensed combustible gas and simultaneously with it through the annular channel, the mixture of the gasses consisting mainly of CO₂ - the combustion product of the natural gas and the non-condensed gas with the steam is fed into the reactor. The ratio of СО₂ and the water vapors in the mixture fed into the reactor is taken equal from 2:1 up to 6:1. The method allows to decrease the harmful atmospheric emissions, to reduce the production process power input and to simplify the wastes reprocessing technology.

EFFECT: the invention ensures the decreased harmful atmospheric emissions, the reduced production process power input and simplification of the wastes reprocessing technology.
