FIELD: methods or apparatus for obtaining oil, gas, water, soluble or meltable materials or a slurry of minerals from wells, particularly to control well operation.

SUBSTANCE: method involves regulating electric motor rotation by changing supply main frequency; measuring and recording technological well parameters and setting predetermined well operation regime. Supply main of submersed electric motor is formed by provision of independent three-phase system with full galvanic isolation with the use of ac generator. Independent three-phase system is created in accordance with the following schemes: dc motor - generator, ac motor - generator, combustion engine - generator, turbine - generator. During predetermined regime setting electric characteristics of independent three-phase system are regulated with taking into consideration technological well parameter change. As the well is brought to above regime predetermined value is maintained.

EFFECT: simplified device structure and extended field of device implementation due to elimination of industrial electric line interference caused by electrical consumers.
