According to proposed method, compression or expansion of working medium is carried out at maintaining constant specific change of pressure in each working space and at lass sections of compression or expansion processes equal in time by changing volumes of working spaces required for this purpose.

EFFECT: reduced power consumption and increased reliability in operation.
