FIELD: wood-working industry, in particular, making of covering members.
SUBSTANCE: the method provides for formation of the pattern of the block surface of the parquet components by the shear end faces, at which the parquet pattern is composed by selection of the ends of the parquet bars according to the preset pattern, gluing of the bars in a pile by the lateral sides, cutting of the pile in the lateral direction, drying and percolation of the obtained shears, and gluing on the base. First the production pile of the bars is formed, drying of the bars in the production pile is accomplished with a simultaneous percolation by dipping in a solution of oils, which then dry up. As soon as drying and percolation are completed, calibration of the bars with a subsequent formation of the end face patter is accomplished.
EFFECT: enhanced quality of the obtained covering components.
