SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes outlet opening and exhaust unit; friction device arranged inside or outside bubble. Friction device is cooled from inside with use of cooling fluid. Friction between fluid flow and device is controlled by means of air lubrication with use of air fed under pressure through opening of friction device or through micro-porous metal or due to applying suction effort to flow in front of friction device. Extrusion out head is peripheral extrusion. Film produced by such method and apparatus includes mixture at least of two compatible polymers. Main stage of orientation is to be realized when one polymer is, mainly in crystallized state and other polymer is, mainly in melt condition.
EFFECT: enhanced accuracy for regulating lengthwise orientation and(or) making it highly stable.
