FIELD: chemical industry; food industry; methods and devices for junction of streams of materials during a joint extrusion.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the method and the device for junction of streams of materials during a joint extrusion of materials, for example, thermoplastic polymeric compounds, inorganic pastes and some sorts of foodstuff. In the indicated method a material "B" is extruded on a material "A" through a hole. At that the separating wall between the streams of materials "A" and "B" is made in the form of a shutting valve operating in the capacity of a reverse valve for the stream of the material "B" being extruded on the material "A". Extrusion of the material "B" through the hole is conducted in a pulsing mode. Pulsations may be caused by opening and closing the shutting valve, or by a means of a mechanical pulses transmitting gear, or due to production of differences of the pressures acting on the valve from the streams of the material "A" and-or material "B". The invention also presents the extruding machine for realization of the method (versions). The invention allows to distribute uniformly the material "B" with a low viscosity at its extrusion on the material "A" with a higher viscosity, ensures production of sheets or pipes with interleaving sections with various pliability or a coextrusion of a stream of solid particles with a stream of a fluid material.
EFFECT: the invention ensures the uniform distribution of the material "B" with a low viscosity at its extrusion on the material "A" with a higher viscosity and production of sheets or pipes with interleaving sections with various pliability or a coextrusion of a stream of solid particles with a stream of a fluid material.
