FIELD: chemical industry; rubber industry; production of the rubber composition for reinforcement of the air tire ridge.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the air tire intended to bear the serious loadings and having the air tire ridge reinforcement containing the rubber composition having the smaller hysteresis. The rubber composition incorporates the die block manufactured out of the elastomer containing the india rubber or the synthetic polyisoprene rubber as the basic material and the intensifying filler containing the gas black. This composition is a such, that the made indicated gas black simultaneously fits to the following requirements: (i) 45 ≤ the specific surface area CTAB expressed in m2/g, (according to the standard ASTM D3765-80) ≤70, (ii)(45 ≤ the specific surface area BET expressed in m2/g (according to the standard ASTM D4820-93) ≤70, (iii) 45 ≤ the factor of iodine absorption IA expressed in mg/g, ((according to the standard ASTM D1510-81) ≤70, (iv) the ratio (the specific surface area BET /IA factor) ≤ 1.07, (v) 115 < the structural number DBP expressed in ml/100g (according to the standard ASTM D2414-93) ≤ 170, (vi) 85 nanometers ≤ the diameter of Stokes dst, expressed in nanometers, ≤145, where dst represents the diameter of the aggregates corresponding to the maximum frequency of the present Stokes diameters in distribution of the aggregates, and (vii) D50/dst ≥ 0.0090. CTAB+0.19, where D50 represents the difference in distribution of the aggregates between Stokes diameters of two aggregates corresponding to the same frequency making 50 % of the maximum frequency of Stokes diameters. At that, the values of dst and D50 are metered by means of centrifugal photosedimentometry. The composition also contains other components routinely used in production of the air tires. The invention allows to increase the air tire service life due to improvement of the air tire mechanical resistance and decrease of itsd reinforcement ridge composition hysteresis.
EFFECT: the invention ensures the increased air tire service life due to the improved air tire mechanical resistance and the decreased its reinforcement ridge composition hysteresis.
