FIELD: building industry; building materials industry; building material and the method of its production.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of building industry and building materials industry, in particular, to the building material and the method of its production. The method of production of the building material provides for mixing of the silica-containing component, the alkaline component and the water at their indicated ratio, filling-up the mold with the mass and heating up to the temperature of the mass swelling with the subsequent cooling-down to the environment temperature and demolding. The mass before the mold filling up is subjected to the thermal action till its residual moisture is less than 5 mass %, to comminution up to no more than 100 microns ensuring the sizes of the pores less than 3 mm, after the mold filling - to heating up to 600°С with the partial dehydration, then - to heat to the temperature of the mass swelling - 650-900°С, to its cooling-down in compliance with the following mode: to 580°С - at the rate of not exceeding 2°С/minute, to 250°С - at the rate of not exceeding 8°С/minute, up to 20°С - at the rate of not exceeding 1.5°С/minute. The building material is produced by the above indicated method. The inventions are described in the dependent items. The technical result of the invention is the improved technological characteristics of the building material.
