SUBSTANCE: according to the method of construction material production including preparation of base mixture by blending of silica - containing component, alkali component and water at the ratio of the content of alkali components to the content of silica - containing component from 0.08 - 0.50 and aggregated content of silica - containing component and alkali component to water content up to 2.0, getting homogeneous silicate mass, filling the form with this mass, heating it up to the bloating temperature, cooling down expanded mass to the environmental temperature and getting ready constructional material out from the form, silicate mass is exposed to preliminary bursting expansion by heating it up to the bloating temperature, cooled down and cut; inflated mass is cooled prior to removal from the form by gradual decreasing of temperature ensuring temperature difference on the surface and in the center of the inflated material preventing formation of cracks in the material at the speed of 0.2 - 2.0°C/min.

EFFECT: performance build - up of construction material.
