SUBSTANCE: invention proposes a nutrient medium that contains 1.5% extract of wood ash as mineral-salt base, glycerol, asparagines, fertilizer-kriall and horse blood serum. Invention provides enhancing the growth properties of nutrient medium and reducing time for culturing pathogenic tuberculosis mycobacteria. Invention can be used in culturing pathogenic strains of tuberculosis mycobacteria.
